Drago: Ascendant Skies

Dude, you awake? I literally just finished Drago: Ascendant Skies and I can't sleep, my brain is still flying. You gotta hear about this.

Remember how Sarah described it to us? Like, "soaring adventure, reclaim crystals, defeat enemies, epic boss battles?" Man, that's like describing a really good pizza as "bread with toppings." Technically true, but completely misses the point.

Honestly, I was kinda skeptical at first. I thought it was just another one of those collect-a-thon games, you know? But it's not. It's not about fighting at all, really. It's about... *flow*. The first time I truly got it was in the zone they call the Whisperwind Peaks. I was just trying to fly through, right? But then I noticed these little glowing motes, kinda like fireflies, and if you *let* the wind carry you through them, your wings shimmer and you go super fast, but it's not a boost, it's like, you *become* the wind. It’s so smooth.

And then I figured out that if you dive just right, you can actually *create* an updraft that lifts those huge, slow-moving cloud-whales, and they'll show you hidden paths! I did that and found this secret area, "The Azure Sanctuary," and it was just... breathtaking. No enemies, just peaceful floating plants and these weird singing crystals that hummed when you got close. I spent like an hour just gliding around in there.

I seriously looked up and it was like 2 AM. I just kept going. I thought it would be all "epic boss battles" but the "bosses" are more like environmental puzzles. This one, the "Storm Serpent," you don't fight it, you have to guide it through these ancient sky-gates to calm it down. It’s so clever. It makes your brain feel good, like you actually figured something out.

I don't usually like games where you just fly around, but this was different. It’s just... peaceful but exciting, you know? Like, it makes you feel like you're really there. I even told my sister about it today, she's not even into games like this but I think she'd love the vibe. It's not boring like other games, you actually want to keep playing because you just wanna see what beautiful thing is next.

Anyway, just wanted to tell you. Seriously, you gotta try it. Your gonna love it. Okay, I'm gonna try and sleep now, maybe. My brain's still flying.
