Lunar Phase: Cosmic Logic
Honestly, I thought it was gonna be some boring tile-matching thing. Like, okay, I connect a new moon to a half moon, big deal. But then the game showed me how you could, like, *steal* tiles from the other player by completing a *cycle*. Not just a pair, but a whole loop – new moon, quarter, half, full, new again. My jaw dropped. The first time I did it, I snatched like four of the AI's best tiles and the little *chime* sound it made was so satisfying, I actually giggled. I'm not even kidding.
It's not just connecting, it's about thinking three steps ahead. Like, I figured out that if you just keep grabbing the easy ones, your opponent can just sneak in and take like, five of your best tiles with one sneaky move. I learned that the hard way, lol. I was so mad, but also kinda impressed. It's like chess, but way faster and with shiny space stuff instead of boring knights. I don't usually like strategy games, they feel too slow, but this one is different.
I looked up and it was like, 1 AM. Seriously. I was even thinking about strategies while making coffee this morning, which is wild because I never do that. I already told Sarah from work she *has* to try it. It was a little confusing at first, I won't lie. The tutorial is okay but it doesn't really prepare you for how sneaky the AI can be, or how much your own moves can set you up for failure later. But once it clicks, it *clicks*.
You seriously gotta try it. It's really good. Like, *really* good. Forget what they said it was, just play it. It's fun. Really, really fun.
