Flip Five Rush

Dude, you still up? I can't sleep, I'm literally still thinking about Flip Five Rush. Remember that description you sent me? "Classic Flip Five Rush with a twist - get 5 in a row to win! Flip your opponents stones by trapping them between yours..." blah blah blah. Seriously, that's like describing pizza as "bread with toppings." Technically true, but completely misses the point!

I finally downloaded it tonight, just to kill some time, and holy crap. My first game I was just kinda moving pieces, like "okay, whatever." Then I trapped two of the AI's blue chips between my orange ones, and they *flipped* to orange, and suddenly I had five in a row! It wasn't just about *placing* five, it was about *making* five appear by flipping. That little *thwip* sound when your chips flip over is so satisfying, I swear.

I played against the "Zenith" AI on normal and got absolutely schooled at first. I kept trying to get my five in a row, but Zenith was just gobbling up my pieces. Then I realized, wait, you can also win by just taking all their stuff! It's like, a constant tug-of-war. Do I go for the quick five-in-a-row, or do I slowly try to wipe them out? It's so much more clever than it sounds. And the AI's "thinking process" thing? It's just a little lightbulb that flickers, but it makes you feel like you're really playing against something smart, not just a dumb computer.

Honestly, I usually get bored with these kind of abstract strategy games, but this one is different. I looked up and it was like 1:15 AM. I was trying to figure out how to beat the "Hard" AI while I was waiting for my coffee this morning, no joke. It's really good. Like, really, really good. You gotta download it. It's not just "get 5 in a row," it's like, a whole different beast.
